Stephen Tako is an Anti-Bullying Advocate & Motivational Speaker. As a former victim of relentless bullying in his youth, Stephen uses his life experiences to help children avoid the same pain he was forced to endure. He also helps people of all ages with the healing process needed after experiences with bullying.
One of Stephen’s most ambitious projects is the development of the Confident Life Program™, a multimodal Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum for children K-3, based on age-related stories with his character Junga the Dancing Yeti®. The Child Safety Network™ awarded the Confident Life Program™ with the 2023 Safe Family Seal of Approval for Innovation in Curriculum.
The Confident Life Podcast features Stephen as the host, having informative and relevant discussions on bullying and related issues with Educators, Clinicians, Parents, School Board Officials, Elected Officials and more.
